My professional background started in the technology sector working with computers and networks. As a computer science technician, I provided customers with technical support using remote access and other technology resources to ensure minimal downtime resulting in 99% network reliability.After serving in the technology sector, I opted to follow one of my passions and entered the renewable energy field. I did this by taking multiple classes and educating myself with the ins and outs of solar PV. During that time, I managed operations of a solar photovoltaic installation business. Some of my other duties consisted of creating electrical designs, obtaining proper permitting per NEC code, and helping install residential PV systems. We were able to provide all our clients with professionally installed systems that helped them save money and contribute to our environment.Obtained an Energy Management degree with honors in 2014. Decided to continue my education and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. I enjoy working with electrical and networking systems while helping people easily integrate technology, renewable energy, and energy efficiency into their daily lives.
