I have the pleasure of working for The Mr. Canary Company. On the face of things, Mr. Canary sells bird feeders. Beneath the surface, Mr. Canary is a business model that empowers entrepreneurs of consumer products to be successful, while providing valuable work opportunities to workers with disabilities. My primary responsibilities are focused around managing those tasks that are necessary to sustain Mr. Canary's regular business, which reaches from coast to coast, in some of the largest retailers in the world. In addition, I play a key role in creating strategies to drive growth within the brand.
