Current• Provided Lenovo warranty repair (Desktops, Laptops and Tablets)• Perform monthly maintenance on clients servers (Event Log/Best Practice Analyzer)• Configure mobile phones (POP, IMAP and Exchange) on Android, iPhone and Tablets.• Using remote support tools (LogMeIn\TeamViewer) or providing support over the phone for troubleshooting to make changes or fix issues that arise• Updating support documentation through TigerPaw• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems• Conduct office moves (Disconnecting & Re-connecting their network)• Manage clients through AVG Managed Workplace Cloud Platform (Level Platforms)
