Held a variety of positions (intern. producer, on-air host, programming assistant) part time and upon graduating from college began full time assistant promotions director position briefly before becoming promotions director in December 2001.As promotions director, I was in charge of managing a staff that swelled to 25 people at times for on-site and on-air promotions, marketing, and giveaways through three radio stations. I facilitated the demands of both the programming (music) and sales (business) sides of the radio operation to get the stations and our clients the most exposure possible, earning both listeners and more advertising.
