• Manage and supervise all aspects of the project (screening/review of funding applications, submission to Investment Committee for assessment and decision, appraisal of investments, review and processing of periodic monitoring and collection of data, management of investment negotiations and exits.• Hire the team members, advise and guide them in implementing the activities of the project.• Represent IM Capital on the board of the portfolio companies• Promote the project – across the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Lebanon and internationally to maintain its visibility through celebration of its achievements (jury member, conference panels, exhibitions, etc).• Prepare and review reports regularly on activities and achievements to be disseminated.• Coordinate the activities of the project –through the development of adequate entrepreneurship support tools and programs.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center• Financial control including preparation of annual budgets. • Manage and hire all staff and associate staff of the Business Development Center. • Organize Board meetings, prepare and present reporting and monitoring information. • Provide business, financial and technical assistance to client companies. • Mentor and general business adviser to client companies.• Supervise marketing plans to promote the Business Development Center. • Identify potential client businesses that would benefit from the support of Berytech. • Screening and welcoming of applicant companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs. • Build and maintain a network of businesses, trade, academic or other organizations, locally, nationally and internationally, that support the activities of Berytech.• Develop and manage business development programs, seminars and workshops that assist and support client businesses, as well as outreach programs.• Networking with local universities and professional business community. • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the industries and the needs of new businesses.
