As a Senior Accountant, reporting directly to Finance Manager, my employment highlights are as follows: • Responsible for complete cycle of accounting for following companies:-i. AUH Motorsports – a motorsports unit in Dubaiii. AM Special Projects – a trading/services concern for Compressor and Generators in UAE.iii. AM Health Care Equipment LLC – a trading concern for Health Care Equipments/Parts in UAE• Coordinating with Price Waterhouse Coopers – external auditor in conduct of annual audit.• Responsible for Auditing and Controlling Petty Cash Vouchers, Accounts Payables throughout the group. • Liaison with banks and monitoring funds position on a daily basis for more than 5 bank accounts having different currencies and facilities like O/D, Guarantees. Purchasing foreign currencies on spot and forward contract basis in order to fulfill the fund outflows requirements and to reduce the exchange fluctuations.• Coordinating with banks regarding issuance of Guarantees as required against Tenders and Performance Contracts with statutory bodies, and following up till maturity and advising for arrangements of additional funds as required from time to time.

• Accountable for analyzing and interpreting accounting data • Liaising with Auditors, Banks, Customers and evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings & implementing necessary recommendations• Preparing the financial statements like Balance sheet, Income Statement by compiling schedules of expenditures• Supervising and preparing MIS reports and other statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance like Fund Management, Credit Control, Profitability, Sales, Purchases • Undertaking preliminary review of documents/materials, that are assigned by Financial Controller• Responsible for Auditing and Controlling Petty Cash Vouchers, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables• Liaising with banks for deposits, payments and handling other routine banking operations• Monitoring daily collections and debtor credit limit; preparing outstanding statements, Credit Index Reports and Defaulters list
