Responsible for administration of Headington Residential College, including facilities management, building operations, academic initiatives, and overall residence life community for 300 residents. Created, implemented, and established all operations, policies, and procedures for newly built residential college model and facility. Hired, trained, managed, and supervised 10 Resident Mentors, 8 Graduate Tutors, and 15 Student Assistants. Oversight of order management and inventory for security access and clearance for all residents of the facility. Advisor to College Council in areas of programming, community building, and student development. Managed annual programming budget for Headington Residential College. Researched, created, and implemented upperclassmen residential curriculum to maximize a model to benefit students living in the Residential College. Adjudicated judicial conduct contractual reviews for alleged policy violations in the facility. Project manager for Graduate Recruitment Week across the Student Affairs departments. Coordinated with multiple departments, facilities, and vendors to host socials, interview processes, and lodging/meals for graduates across the nation looking to enter the University of Oklahoma Student Affairs Graduate Program. Planning Co-Chair for Residential College Symposium hosted at University of Oklahoma in November 2018. Coordinated conference rooms, presenters, transportation, conference materials, and social events for 3-day conference.

Instructed an introductory freshmen course to teach critical thinking skills and support students in developing a true understanding of others, as well as a sense of belonging at the University of Oklahoma. Created lesson plans, graded, and supported 25 students for one semester. Engaged with students and their advisors to get the more acquainted with aspects of the University of Oklahoma.

Responsible for administration of student living residential communities including facilities management, building operations, community engagement, student support, and crisis management. Hired, trained, evaluated, and supervised 20 Resident Assistants and 13 Desk Assistants. Actively engaged and sought to build and support a community of engaged students and resolve issues for 534 residents. Created and developed initiatives of a newly implemented residential curriculum program to maximize a model to benefit students living on campus. Collaborated with Faculty in Residence to create programming by developing residential curriculum lesson plans for the Residential College residents and Honors living learning communities. Managed residential community programming budget and allocations.

Created student workshop modules on Study Strategies, Time Management, Stress Management, and Veteran Transition. I've reconstructed learning outcomes for the Developing Scholars Mentor Program and revamped the Collaborative Learning Assistance and Supplement Training website.

I incorporated student affairs programming into an academic affairs environment by developing and implementing a student peer mentor/ambassador program for incoming international students. I also created and piloted an international student needs assessment for the office.

Opened a new residence hall. I assisted and responded to the need of 25 resident in hall while enforcing and upholding university policies. I also oversaw records of all keys, lock changes, work orders, and key replacement for the building.

Managed an organization consisting of 6,500 on campus members. Provided development for four executive board members and 18 residence hall council board members. Established the Annual President's Retreat for residence hall council president members. Serve as the On Campus Student Representative for the Texas State University Food Service Committee, Transportation Service Advisory Council, Living Learning Community Task Force, and the Art Selection Committee. I was awarded President of the Year for the Southwest Association of College and University Residence Halls (SWACURH) region consisting of colleges from Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mexico. I was also awarded the prestigious Silver Pin by the Regional Director of SWACURH, and received the Top 40 Program award (out of 837 programs submitted) and that National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH) conference.
