I love working with local community organizations and have a soft spot for organizations that focus on helping women achieve higher education.I've been with Avista since 2015 and feel well-rounded in the utility industry; having served time in the call center and electric engineering departments before joining the economic vitality team. While at Avista, my biggest accomplishment has been re-inventing our employee volunteerism program post-pandemic. I've created signature volunteer events for all regions of our company (not just centered on our corporate office) helped redefine our volunteerism policy, and started offering a Non-Profit Board Leadership training to all employees who are interested in serving on boards.
