Involved in proposal activities like PID and PFD development

- Commissioning and Start-up of a dual train Hydrogen plant- Preparation and execution of alkali boil-out and dry-out of the reformer- Process relevant interlock check of the reformer and the BMS (Burner Management Sequence)- Burner light-up, smooth start-up and stabilization of the reformer for normal operation- Smooth start-up of the overall plant

- Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of a dual train HyCO Ammonia plant - P&ID checks for internal plant-wide scope as well as external vendor package units- Planning, supervision and execution of line cleaning (air blowing, water flushing), tightness tests, catalyst loading activities- Commissioning and Start-up of Reformer including function checks, alkali boil-out and refractory dry-out, stabilization and smooth operation of Reformer- Commissioning and Start-up of PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and TSA (Temperature Swing Adsorption) including function check, initial regeneration, run sequences and operation of the packages- Detailed commissioning and start-up of the HyCO and Ammonia flares.- Interface with vendors, function testing and support for commissioning of package units - Detailed Safety Instrumented Function (SIF) testing for SIL/AIL loops- Supervision of field activities during turnaround of the plant to meet the safety, quality and schedule of turnaround activities- Preparation of final documentation including as built mark-ups and P&IDs
