- Worked as gatekeeper to maintain one kernel source tree for three SoCs (Intel Apollo Lake, Renesas R-Car H3/M3 and iMX6) catering to several customer products for a leading Tier-I automotive customer in Japan. The gatekeeping involved reviewing and validating the pull requests from the silicon and BSP suppliers and ensuring smooth coordination between them. My work spanned across kernel subsystems like power management, DRM/Graphics, Audio, Peripheral Buses (PCI/PCIe, SPI, I2C, UART, USB), GPIO, and PinMux.- Designed and developed Audio Management for Automotive Infotainment for a leading Tier-I automotive customer in Japan- Ported Linux BSP and u-boot from iMX6 SabreLite board to an automotive infotainment product board.- Ported GNSS device driver from t-kernel to Linux on iMX6-based platform.- Supporting pre-sales team for analysing requirements, business cases, proposing and demonstrating solutions for acquiring new business opportunities in automotive vertical.
