Working in South Regional Office (SRO) looking after 5 states almost 350 customers. My job responsibilities are Send monthly invoice to all Customers by 3rd of every month, Day to day followup for payment of overdue invoices, Resolve customer disputes such as Weight level & Shipment level claim, Provide them Credit Note against such claims, Make Ledger reconciliation & provide balance confirmation to the customers, Collect payment advice & share to our team to adjust the payment, Send Dunning letters to the disputed customers for legal recovery, Negotiating with clients on dispute cases & Baddebt cases etc.

My sitting location at Eastern Zone Regional Office situated at Bhubaneswar. I am looking after 2 regions i.e Odisha & West Bengal in which 17 branches are there. Handling a team of more than 25 staffs. My job responsibility was ontime monthly Invoice submission to the customers. Day to day follow up for release payment of our overdue & outstanding invoices through mail & call. Resolve customer queries if there is any dispute in our invoice. Also visited to customer offices & plants for face to face discussion to resolve the dispute & collect our payment. After getting any payment I need to pass necessary entry to adjust in our book. Prepare our DSO & MIS to circulate it to our Sales team. Doing Ledger & Bank reconciliation of customers month wise etc.

Looking after bill passing of all vendors. Check & passing travelling bill's of employees. Ledger & Bank reconciliation of vendors. TDS deposit etc.

I was sitted at Lucknow office & looking after Inventory of 4 stock points (Godown) which was situated at 4 different locations at U.P. My job responsibility was to maintain record of register i.e how much stock received from manufacturing unit to Godown & how much stock issued from Godown to different sales points of Uttar Pradesh. I was handling team of 20 employees & also looking after Truck placement by hiring from different brokers.
