Working on banking mobile app and content management system (web) development project:- Closely working with designers on user journeys- Gathering requirements from end users- Creating epics from scratch, decomposing to user stories - estimating and prioritizing backlog- Working on architecture and technical implementation details with development lead- Managing product backlog/roadmap (descoping, reprioritizing) - Managing risks based on team capacity, blockers and dependencies - Updating requirements due to infrastructure or design changes - Conducting demos to stakeholders- Conducting acceptance testing

Establishing Quality Process for Mobile Applications Development team:- creating Quality strategy for team- defining issues flow, feedback flow- mitigating risks with stakeholders- defining feature analysis process - conducting educational sessions (how to test, impact analysis, exploratory testing etc.) for developers- mentoring juniors Defining Product Development Strategy:- Creating short-term and long-term roadmaps- Working with users and customers feedback- Customer Interviews- Aligning Mobile products with Core products features- Improving Apps UX and usability- Analytics
