Started working at Apple with the intent to grow even more as a person with experience and knowledge. My current position with the company is a retail specialist on the sales floor. I am on my way to moving to various positions in my location with both the sales floor, and the technical support side of the store. Working on getting small device certified.

I got hired as a sales associate in what was called "digital life" which consisted of computers, cameras, and tablets. My knowledge grew with my time spent on the sales floor put in situations that were always new for me with each interaction. I also expanded my knowledge out to other locations of the store with with televisions, car audio, appliances.

My responsibilities included: Answering the phone and taking orders for customers in a timely manner, cleaning both the front and the back of the store, opening and closing the store, prepping the food and the oven and occasionally taking deliveries and catering events.
