Served as Director of Stability and Empowerment and Community + Family Programs co-lead managing $9.5M operating budget with 31 FTEs and 15 PTEs overseeing 14 contracts, three direct reports and all aspects of CFP programs including housing, rental, energy assistance, childcare, parent education and support, domestic violence, in-home safety and unification services providing $5.5M in client assistance;Direct, manage, assign, review and evaluate the day to day administration and provisioning of services with a focus on the development and implementation of the stabilization and empowerment services for the community.Managed Child Watch program and increased staff by 75%; modified recruitment, screening and onboarding processes; and redesigned scheduling and communication practices; and Designed and facilitated three days of a comprehensive and multisensory staff development experience for 47 team members that focused on strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, team building and self-care. Inaugural Inspiring Women Leaders Conference: Ignite and InspirePresented Triple Threat Leadership workshop, an original concept presented in an interactive format within the business track that explored the three key components of impactful leadership and how they work together to transform employee engagement, teamwork and diversity.

Supervised four Americorps VISTA volunteers managing various capacity-building projects serving in the areas of literacy, mentoring, volunteerism, and holiday relief: Book Nook community bookshelf program; ReadingPals literacy mentoring program; Volunteer Select volunteer engagement website; and Toys for Tots holiday help.

Models of Check & Connect Implementation - UWNCFL partnered with Alachua County Public Schools to provide fulltime onsite mentors for 120 students in three different high schools. In 2012 we began with a cohort of just over 70 students and increased enrollment 72% and 33% in years two and three. Seeded by AT&T's Aspire grant and later funded by a private donor and the 1923 foundation, C&C also provided students at-risk for failure with career, leadership and technology training.

Planned, prepared and delivered individualized and differentiated instruction to at-risk student population with a strong focus on social emotional affect utilizing a multicultural and interdisciplinary curriculum in both public and charter schools. Facilitated classroom student/tutor opportunities and enrichment activities including health and wellness presentations and poetry workshops. Also served as Shared Decision- Making Team Chair, Professional Development Coordinator, National Junior Honor Society Adviser, Positive Behavior Support Committee Member, Teacher Representative for Principal Interview Committee and Knitting Club Sponsor.

Developed and implemented curriculum scope and sequence as well as create staff and student schedule for Booker Brain Train's math, Language Arts, and ESOL classes. Supervised three teachers and collaborated with Florida Studio Theatre staff to provide reading and writing workshops. Planned, prepared and delivered individualized and group instruction in Language Arts, reading and critical thinking skills.

Provided individualized K-12 instruction in private residence to homebound students who were medically unable to attend school.
