With over 10 years of work experience, I am a passionate and innovative engineer with a master's degree in nanotechnology. I have a strong background in research and development, quality inspection, materials characterization, and data analysis. I am currently working as an R&D engineer at convatec, a leading manufacturer of infusion Care products for various medicins. My mission is to apply my knowledge and skills to improve the quality, performance, and sustainability of the products and processes, and to contribute to the company's growth and success.In my current role, I am responsible for drug and device compatiblity, conducting quality assurance tests, and developing new, prototype, products and solutions based on the customer needs and market trends. I use my expertise in rubber and plastic chemistry, as well as advanced lab instruments, such as TGA-MS, to analyze the properties and behavior of the materials, and to optimize the formulations and processing parameters. I also writen research articles, product drawings, and lab instructions, and collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and stakeholders. Some of the projects that I have worked on include developing nano- and micro-materials for enhanced durability and resistance, and creating biodegradable and recyclable rubber and plastic products. I have also acquired multiple skills, such as communication, project management, and academic writing, that help me to perform my tasks effectively and efficiently.
