Coin A Chance! is a social movement founded by two close friends, Hanny Kusumawati and Nia K. Sadjarwo, on 18 December 2008. With its heart lies on the educational future of less privileged children in Indonesia, Coin A Chance! focuses its activities on collecting loose change – coins - of all denominations which will be exchanged with ‘a chance’ for children to go back to school.

Managing all divisions and the day-to-day operations of the hotel. As communications is in the heart of Greenhost Hotel, Nia is also in charge of its communications strategy, online and offline. This includes establishing close relationships with local and international influencers, strengthening close relationship with government bodies, and initiating collaborative creative events with targeted communities.

As a curator at the company, Nia's responsibility is to strengthen Maverick ties with various communities it interacts with; including clients, media, NGOs, associations, Alumni, as well as online and offline communities in Indonesia. Nia also manages all Maverick's initiatives and its digital and social media content.

Her freelance years marked the beginning of Nia's involvement in Indonesia's social media-sphere, where she had the opportunity to manage Pesta Blogger (also known as ON|OFF) - the largest social media gathering event in Indonesia, generating more than 1200 attendees. Pesta Blogger provided Nia the chance to meet and manage high profile partners such as US Embassy, Acer Indonesia, Microsoft Indonesia, Yahoo! South East Asia, several Ministries, and wide range of social media influencers as well as key opinion leaders. Nia also managed Anugerah Adiwarta Sampoerna (2007-2009), and several other PR related projects for clients from various industries.
