Nishit completed his schooling at I.E.M.S. and pursued engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. A Branch Gold Medalist, he was also part of the Placement Committee, Souvenir Yearbook Content Team, clubs and organising committees. After graduating in 2018, he joined Wipro through their Turbo program, a program crafted for select premier institutes like NITs. As a Software Engineer, he worked for a global healthcare client and received a fast-track promotion to Senior Developer's role.In 2021, he joined the flagship MBA program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. During his time at IIM B, apart from maintaining a good academic track record he was actively involved in the Media Cell, Control Team for Placements, fest organising committees and other co-curricular activities. Nishit currently works as a consultant at Kearney, with experience across industries like retail and government ministries. In his free time, he enjoys photography and travelling.
