Our gifted and highly sought after team delivered on over 100 projects for clients such as Norco, Pivotal, Segasoft, Pattison Group and the University of BC. We routinely won contracts when pit against globally recognized names and rescued projects that others failed to deliver on. Mindquake alum have gone on to inspiring ventures and continue to look back fondly this unique organization. The lessons and experiences from Mindquake form the foundations of my career as an entrepreneur.

I joined Paradigm when it was a small 12 person consulting practice. Located in the Yaletown district, Paradigm was at the heart of the up and coming vibrant startup community. Paradigm showed that a startup can build and sustain an extraordinary fun and results oriented culture while delivering massively successful products - all under tight deadlines and market pressures. While at Paradigm, I worked for top tier products for Aldus, Adobe and Microsoft. I was part of small 1-3 person tiger teams that delivered critical components for Aldus Pagemaker 6.5/7, Adobe Illustrator 7, Adobe Acrobat 4.0 and Microsoft Office 97.

The AND Group was my first professional engagement in the software industry. As an intern, I built a test suite for the Adobe Type on Call product. I got to work with a half-a-dozen superb engineers who went on to form distinguished carriers at Sun, Oracle and Microsoft. Type on Call was my first exposure to Adobe and the publishing industry. What I learnt at AND laid the foundations for my role in the development teams for Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Pagemaker in the coming years.
