With over 15 years of experience teaching and conducting research, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Corporate Governance at ESADE and an Adjunct Professor at ESAN Graduate School of Business. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics, Management, and Organization from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and am a former editor-in-chief of the Journal of Economics, Finance, and Administrative Science (JEFAS, 2021-2023).My professional interest lies in exploring the internal mechanisms of corporate governance, such as ownership and leadership structures, and their impact on IT investments, knowledge management, and innovation. I use new institutional theories and data analysis techniques to examine these topics in different contexts and sectors. I have presented several papers at international journals, conferences, workshops, and seminars and participated as a guest speaker and panelist in academic and professional events. My years of experience also included working as an external advisor for family, private, listed, and public companies. In my university life, I was co-founder of two Think Tanks of Urban Research in Lima-Peru. I enjoy building and maintaining international networks and collaborations with other researchers, institutions, and stakeholders. My mission is to advance the experience and practice of corporate governance and IT, as well as strategic mentoring, and contribute to developing and educating future leaders and managers.
