I teach various courses in the Applied Psychology/Industrial-Organizational Psychology graduate programs, including Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace (PhD) as well as Performance Appraisal (MA) and Workplace Motivation (MA). I also teach Introduction to the Psychology of Leadership and The Psychology or Prejudice at the undergraduate level. As the director of the Workplace Inclusion, Leadership, and Diversity (WILD) research lab, I am interested in all aspects of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I also advise students on their dissertations and other research projects.

I wrote a monthly blog post for the Lead Read Today blog that highlighted current diversity and inclusion research within a leadership context. I was in charge of developing and implementing the recruitment efforts for all open positions within the fraternity office as well as onboarding all new hires.

I taught many courses at the undergraduate level, including Industrial-Organizational Psychology, The Psychology of Leadership, Statistics for Psychology, Social Psychology, Introduction to Psychology, The Psychology of Self-Identity, and Research Methods. I was also engaged in research studying Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace, as well as the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). Finally, I extensively worked with undergraduate students as an advisor and mentor.

I developed weekly programming for faculty to develop their skills as educators, through in-person workshops, recurring discussion circles, and online resources. I also conducted an extensive New Faculty Orientation program each year.

I was a full-time instructor in the Psychology department at Bowling Green State University while I completed my dissertation. I taught Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Statistics for Psychology, and Psychological Research Methods.
