The creative director guides all projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced. Depending on industry focus and the company’s needs, the creative director’s role may shift. And while some creative directors take on a purely managerial role, others keep one foot in the trenches, helping to generate the big ideas. Manage the creative process from concept to completion; translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies; lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral; ensure visual communication and brand standards are met; oversee client pitches and proposals; meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions.A stylist interprets a client brief and provides the “ideas and stuff” within the shots, working alongside photographers to create stylish pictures. That means sourcing locations, designing rooms/sets and sourcing the props within them. I then create mood boards and sketches to demonstrate to the client how my concepts will translate into shots. As the fashion & beauty director, I was leading the entire fashion & beauty department and lifestyle to ensure all operations run effectively and efficiently. I was in charge of creating concepts for fashion, beauty, cover magazine and lifestyle photos, directing photoshoots, coordinating brand marketing campaigns, creating detailed design plans, and evaluating the latest fashion trends. I was managing a team of 6 people.

I was managing and oversee the contents produced for publications. This includes reviewing all contents produced, such as articles and photographs, developing strategies and style guidelines, and representing the brand at social events throughout the year. I was managing a team of 10 people.

Sunflower Media (SFM) is Vietnam's largest media house. The company is considered the pioneer of Vietnam’s modern magazine print media sector. Pertinent, accurate and often provocative or controversial information is presented to readers in innovative, easy to read and dynamic designs. SFM produces several publications, with a primary focus on women’s magazines.Areas of work: I was leading the entire fashion & beauty department to ensure all operations run effectively and efficiently. I was teaching at colleges and high schools, making students aware of the history of art and the visual arts. Teaching students to express themselves, to develop their critical thinking and creativity, to forge their own point of view through various works.
