At Deltares Indonesia I am responsible to lead and manage the local office, as well as to develop projects, develop and maintain governmental relations in Indonesia. Leading and further developing collaboration with private, academic partners and International Financing Institutions are part of my tasks. Other responsibilties include project management, human resource development and daily coordination.

At Deltares I am involved in national and international projects for governments and development banks focusing on mainly urban flood resilience, planning and implementation, often as a policy and institutional analyst and/or project leader.

A research that focuses on analytically understanding the factors that influence inter-organizational information sharing processes. The research was conducted in the context of the ROBAMCI project, which stands for Risk and Opportunity Based Asset Management of Critical Infrastructures in the ground, road and water sector of the Netherlands. Multiple players are involved with their specific role when a potential client applies for a public charging station to be able to charge their electric vehicle. ElaadNL wanted to inventarise the wishes and needs of these actor's in order to improve the process. The internship consisted of the preparation activities for this project.
