As the Executive – Engagement Strategy I was responsible for the management and operation of the Engagement Strategy Unit. Developing and implementing the first Reconciliation Action Plan for a super fund was a highlight for me and a big step for us in our efforts to advocate for improved outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This national team includes Member Education Managers, who are responsible for delivering high-quality super education to HESTA members. Our Client Relationship Managers work with key employers, industry associations and unions across Australia, bringing them the information they need about super. They are supported by our Business Development Team, who grow awareness of HESTA products and services in the health and community services sector.
