Leading strategy, support, training, and delivery for the Purser Program on the Inflight Training and Development team

Manage a team of 55 Premium Customer Services Representatives and Premium Customer Service CoordinatorsImplement delivery strategies for the premium customer experience, including Flagship Lounge and Flagship First DiningServe as a liaison between other departments in the airport, emphasizing the products of the department, how departments can support our portfolio and collaborate on company-wide efforts to provide the best possible results to our customersProvide informative meetings to our oneworld alliance partners, strategic sales accounts, and Board of Director members of our newly constructed lounge facilities so that they can familiarize with the products offered by Premium Customer Services

As a Premium Services Representative, I serve as the first point of contact for our top tier guests at the American Airlines Admirals Club and Flagship Lounge. This includes registering passengers into the lounges, assist with ticketing issues, assist guests with in-club amenities, and make bilingual boarding announcements for international departures.In addition, I also sell annual memberships to the club and promote the Citi AAdvantage frequent flyer credit cards.

Assist students with scheduling required service hours for academic courses. Give classroom presentations on importance of Academic Service-Learning. Improved meaningful service opportunities on the Rome campus while living abroad.

In this role, I worked on the Hot Topics team, which is the shows main segment. My main responsibilities included doing fact checks on stories, finding stories for Hot Topics, verifying multiple sources for them, scanning articles into celebrity database, and maintaining a calendar for important pop culture events, including TV show premieres/finales, book signings, and events.
