I have had the honor of being on the Executive Committee, Past Chairman Builder 20 and Past Chairman of 50+ Housing Council. Because of this involvement I have had the opportunity to have an impact on the housing industry and help promote and improve the Building Industry on an national level.

National Chairman 2003 of NAHB Builder 20. ...The 20 Clubs are comprised of 16-20 similar type builders or re-modelers from non-competing markets who meet several times a year to share their wisdom and learn from each other ways to improve their operations and increase their bottom lines. This peer to peer group works to help its members improve there product, operations and profits.

Served Two terms 6/2009 to 5/2012 and 6/2014 to 5/2015 I was elected to serve as President of the 700 family congregation. During my tenure I reorganized the financing and was responsible for hiring a new Rabbi. I still serve on the Board of Trustees. The duties include the daily oversight of the programs, budget and personnel.

The units were designed for the Active Adult (50+) buyer. The communities were preplanned and offer a Lifestyle for living with club houses, pools, meeting rooms and workout facilities.
