Dr. Nathan A. Schaumleffel, CPRE, ACNP, CFRM, CVA, CYSA is Proprietor and Senior Consultant of Driven Strategic LLC, a consultancy specializing in nonprofit & public organizations; parks & recreation; park foundations & friends groups; youth & human services; and university engagement.Through Driven Strategic LLC, he serves as Chief Consultant to the National Association of Park Foundations; as well as serves as a Consulting Partner to the Indiana Youth Institute and a Technical Assistance Provider to MENTOR Indiana. He is also a registered Professional Fundraising Consultant with the Indiana Attorney General and served on the faculty of the Park Foundation School at Oglebay National Training Center. Dr. Schaumleffel also serves as Associate Professor and Campus/Executive Director of the nationally award-winning Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Certification Program at Indiana State University (ISU), as well as coordinates the Public Lands & Recreation Administration Program and teaches in the MPA & MBA programs from the Department of Political Science.     Faculty Fellow provides expertise and consultation in the development of robust youth camp programming on the ISU campus to the ISU Youth Programs on Campus Project Director. Specific areas of expertise that are sought in the faculty fellows include: curriculum development and program evaluation, K-12 and non-profit partner outreach, training and protocol for working with minors, ACA accreditation and development of experiential learning opportunities for ISU students. In addition, faculty fellows serve as a liaison to their home college and assist with facilitation of program development activities in the college.Indiana Youth Programs on Campus Initiative: The Indiana Youth Programs on Campus initiative is funded by the Lilly Endowment and has the overarching goal of increasing college enrollment of Indiana’s high school graduates. The two overarching goals of the initiative are:1. Increase opportunities for Indiana youth to participate in learning experiences on college campuses that will expose those youth to Indiana’s higher education institutions while providing them with experiences that will, among other things, help prepare them for success in college and later life.2.
