Engineering and reprogramming of Natural Killer cells to improve baseline function in targeted cancer cell elimination. Improvements in the homing and targeting characteristics of a proprietary cell line and the creation of novel therapeutics based upon this platform.Generation of patents and clinical therapeutics - currently with four patents pending and two cellular immunotherapies in preclinical testing for different indications.Data presentation in weekly lab meetings, initiating and managing collaborations with outside groups including CROs, patent filing and IND-enabling research on inventions primarily designed, implemented, and characterized by myself.Development and oversight of outside research studies by contract research organizations, including both in vitro and in vivo studies and assay development.
