• Write workover procedures for well failures, preventative maintenance, offset fracs, and fishing ops to minimize costs and maximize production while maintaining a safety conscious mindset. This includes the following ALS types: ESP, jet pump, rod pump, and gas lift.• Lead weekly route review meetings with the objective of optimizing well production while reducing mechanical wear.• Team lead of Bakken and DJ Basin chemical program which includes downhole and surface treatments, such as corrosion, scale, paraffin, H2S, iron sulfate, emulsion, and salt. Focus on new technologies such as downhole chemical pump automation, new chemicals, etc… in order to reduce LOE.• Research and test new technologies/designs. Trialed new H2S vessels which reduced chemical spend by $400,000/yr. Currently testing H2S automation while targeting a reduction of chemical LOE of 20%-30%.• Was part of two large acquisitions that required 500+ well file reviews to bring production back online. This included streamlining the workover program, vendors, and operations.• Team lead of the workover schedule consisting of up to 17 rigs, focusing on logistical efficiencies and reducing downtime.• Performed multivariant analysis on wellbore clean outs and achieved a 10% increase in efficiencies by correlating frac proximity, injection rates, lateral length, and wellbore deviation.• Perform quarterly vendor cost/performance runtime analysis on downhole equipment to reduce LOE and downtime.• Write AFE’s for all production operations to maintain LOE budgets and align with company economics and rate of return.

Evaluations led to the installation of jack shafts to reduce mechanical wear while maintaining current production.• Researched and test new technologies. Recently installed an Enercat Trim Tool to test its effectiveness of eliminating the buildup of paraffin.• Worked with the regulatory department to ensure all applicable documentation is submitted affecting daily WO/MIT/P&A operations.• Evaluated recomplete opportunities in the Mancos and Dakota formations through DCA, reserve, and economic analysis.• Managed the East Dragon Stabilizer Construction project. This $2M facility will be used to load/unload condensate, y- grade, and NGL.• Identified opportunities to reoccupy well pads after a P&A was completed. The reviews consist of entering deeper formations and horizontal drilling opportunities.
