Lead the Division of Marketing Communications of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Responsible for building, managing and extending the FWS brand in support of the agency's mission. Provide leadership and guidance in the areas of marketing communications and digital strategy, including: web and social media, video, printing/publishing, and internal/employee communications.

Responsible for establishing and implementing department-wide employee communications strategies, policies and products on behalf of the Secretary of the Interior. Work closely with the Office of Policy, Management and Budget and other organizations that communicate with employees for high-priority, internal and external initiatives. Develop employee communications policy and provide guidance bureaus nationwide. Plan and host/moderate nationwide town hall events. Serve as the lead manager for the DOI intranet site (oneINTERIOR) by developing, maintaining, and enforcing web policies, content, and techology. Also manage employee content on the Department of the Interior website - www.doi.gov/employees
