• Manage product development from beginning to end.• Gather the scope of work and project requirements from client.• Effectively communicate the project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.• Estimate and utilize the resources needed to achieve project goals.• Determine and assess need for additional staff and consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.• Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones in consultation with the client (or according to clients’ requirement).• Track project milestones and deliverables.• Develop and deliver proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.• Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders of the project.

• Analyze learning needs of the client and provide suitable learning solutions.• Interact with the clients and gather the requirements for the eLearning courses.• Develop High Level Design Documents and Storyboards according to requirements.• Prepare storyboards in MS Word or PowerPoint.• Review storyboards and integrated courses for instructional accuracy, compliance with standards and consistency with course design strategy.• Creating guideline documents for storyboard production and review process.• Reviewing the concept, usability and quality throughout the course development process to ensure the courses are user friendly.
