A very interesting project from an SEO point of view: launch of a business in a really tight niche. Company works in the segment of luxury goods' secondary market. This segment in the country has a very limited number of clients, combined with pretty tight competition. We have to compete for low-frequency keywords with websites, that have been around for years before us. The specifics of given business also puts some constraints on the spectrum of overall digital marketing instruments at hand: some of the instruments we just can not use. At the beginning: website consisting of 3 duplicate pages, 0 visits from organic search, no social media presence, no content strategy, no content. Now: Company has developed its own distinctive voice and a growing community of fans on facebook (5k and growing) and instagram (2k and growing). Website structure has grown and become much more complicated. It is now filled with unique and authoritative content and is ranking in Google's top 10 countrywide (select commercial requests), Top 10 Yandex (all the valuable requests) with more than 1000 unique organic visitors and growing. 1000 organic visits may seem like a modest result, but the fact that the most popular request directly related to the business counts as little as 270 requests/month countrywide and all the others never rise above 100 makes it worth mentioning. Plus constant stable appearance in the google's local pack (among top 3 results) on all the commercially interesting requests.
