As a Day Production Supervisor at CF Industries, the largest ammonia producer in the world, I manage the daily operations of the anhydrous ammonia plant at the Waggaman Complex. With over a decade of experience in the chemical industry, I have developed strong supervisory, problem-solving, and management of change skills that enable me to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.I’m part of a larger team that leads about 50 operators, providing coaching, training, and performance management. I also contribute to the strategic planning and budgeting of the plant, leveraging my finance degree and analytical skills. I enjoy working with diverse and talented colleagues, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. My goal is to continuously improve the operations and performance of the plant, while delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.
