Through this program, we provided over $200,000 in professional development funding for over 30 employees, launched LinkedIn Learning, piloted leadership training, and implemented Lattice across Copperleaf.• Led the global annual compensation processes for ~450 employees in ~15 different countries, including benchmarking, budgeting, company-wide communications, and executive presentations. • Supported sales compensation process in collaboration with the business operations team, including design of rates/policies, pay mix, and MBOs.• Implemented a people analytics function within the Copperleaf HR team and led the creation of PowerBI dashboards to track metrics involving turnover, headcount, recruitment, and DEI. During my leadership, the PD department grew by over 40%, from 112 to 160 full-time employees.• Collaborate with the Employee Experience team on a variety of operational areas including offer discussions, DE&I initiatives, HR issue resolution, recruitment, and improvements to our co-op program. • Created and socialized a new mandate for the Automated Test team where they now serve as an enabling team across product development (PD) to provide reliable and scalable automation infrastructure.• Led the creation of competency matrices across PD for team leads, software developers, QA analysts, software-developers-in-test, and DevOps. These competency matrices are widely used in PD to inform job level changes and to inform growth opportunities for employees. • Co-led the implementation and adoption of Lattice with PD, which is a people management tool. This enabled PD to create professional development plans that leveraged the competency matrices. Over 50% of people in PD now have a growth plan through this initiative. • Analyzed market compensation data and internal compensation data to inform the budget and strategy process for the end-of-year compensation process. -
