Oversaw the strategy and execution of organization-wide People and Culture initiatives for a SaaS start-up in the DEIB space: DEIB, organization design, change management, talent acquisition, total compensation, employee engagement, learning and development, etc.

Overhauled and scaled People operations for a rapidly growing, independent, full-service creative health agency, including the digitization of personnel files and the roll-out of the agency's first online, self-service benefits enrollment and data tracking system. Served as interim Head of People during People Team transition, overseeing recruiting, performance management, employee relations, coaching, manager training, and onboarding.

Directed organizational compliance with employment and tax laws across Rwanda, Malawi, Uganda, Zambia, and the U.S. Led the development and administration of a comprehensive and competitive global benefits program. Led organization culture initiatives.

Provided technical guidance to employees, employers, and Congressional offices to ensure understanding of and adherence to federal benefit laws and regulations.

Recognized for Outstanding Oral Advocacy in Mediation. Counseled disputants to explore and develop their own options to resolve disputes rather than resort to litigation. Moderated problem-solving to develop options, consider alternatives, and adopt a consensual agreement. Wrote mediated custody agreements for submission to the Court.

Drafted policies, wrote curriculum, and administered EEO training to all employees and managers to educate staff on their rights and responsibilities pursuant to anti-discrimination and anti-harassment laws at the local, state, and federal levels. Compiled and analyzed program and financial data for a $1.2 million grant program to determine success and sustainability of programs, report to funders, and assist with organization-wide strategic and budget planning.
