Responsibilities include:Assistant Community Manager for a high-rise, 226-unit property. Handles escalated prospects, residents and vendor issues in a timely and professional manner. Assists in managing finances by coding and submitting invoices, preparing monthly close outs & financial reports, collecting rent, and processing Final Account statements.Has decreased delinquency by $100k+ by facilitating payment plans, 30-day notices, and eviction proceedings. Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to questions/requests, organizing monthly resident events, and creating a renewal tracker. Experience in managing and training the leasing team, creating extensive leasing how-to guides, and creating a move-in tracker to monitor application progress. Very knowledgeable in affordable housing MFTE program and the necessary processes and organization required. Has accomplished first time submission approvals. Promoted from Leasing Professional after 6 months.
