I was a line cook who worked the grill station. My duties include grilling proteins and vegetables to perfection using a wood fire grill. With a nightly cover count ranging from 400 to 500 guests, I was able to cook and season high volume amounts of food consistently throughout service everyday. Besides handling my own station, I was able to help out other stations around me with seasoning, cooking, and plating.

My duties as supervisor for Cha For Tea include, but not limited to: being a role model to all team members, reinforcing all company procedures and policies, reinforcing the Cha experience motto where employees strive to perform beyond excellent customer service, watching over employees to ensure that the shift runs smoothly, assisting the manager in monthly promotions, help improve associate skills (cashier, bar, or kitchen), attending meetings while sharing ideas, and assist in training new employees.
