I began working with Dextra group shortly after graduating in 2002 and in under a year had taken on my first management position as Customer Services Manager, a position I then held for four years.Having proven my ability to cope with technical issues, personnel management and customer handling I was then given the opportunity to take on the role of Commercial Manager, allowing me to broaden my scope of experience to include a wide range of commercial and sales aspects.Following this position I was then promoted to Product Manager, an excellent opportunity to develop my technical knowledge and contribute to new product development within the Group. I have held this role for 3 years and assist with luminaire development, sensor development, and handling key customers to assist with designing bespoke lighting systems to meet their specific needs. This position has since broadened in scope to include writing a significant proportion of the marketing and web site literature with a focus on the technical content and having a general hands on approach to assist with customer services issues, production issues and technical advice to the sales force.
