Then making sure they get what they want, when they want it and creating brand advocates along the way.With over 12 years working in the financial sector for companies such as Barclays and BlackRock and then another couple of years agency-side for Bellman Media, I have a perspective from both sides of the fence. In 2001, I worked in the marketing team on a little known product called iShares that offered a handful of products in the UK. Now, there are more than 800 funds listed globally and $3.3 trillion in assets under management.In 2014 I took my marketing experience to the telecommunications industry where I now oversee the sales and marketing department. The role requires an array of skills such as content marketing, social media, advertising (PPC and print), brand management, website design and management, direct mail, email marketing, research, client management, project management and much more.
