As the manager of Quality Assurance and Training, I have more than 12 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications and call center industry. Servicing both on-shore and near-shore operations, I have led a diverse array of teams to success while identifying and developing future leaders to support those lines of business for years to come. I view this practice of building up and equipping others for future leadership as one of my primary duties as a leader.My leadership style has been shaped and influenced over the years by the tenants of Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and the efficiency models of Lean Six Sigma.
