I was the Supervisor for the Operations department of UNC's event center. I was in charge of managing small teams of 3-4 during the 5,000 yearly events at the Union. I oversaw the setup and teardown of each event while maintaining customer satisfaction and serving as the first point of contact for any need the event may have had.

I worked during the summers as a landscaper and landscaping supervisor. My role included managing the landscaping of 20 multi-acre developments, including maintenance of equipment, scheduling of team members, as well as general bookkeeping.
