  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to all end users for any and all IT related troubleshooting issues, questions, or concerns, particularly within break/fix situations as well as network connectivity problems.• Utilize TeamViewer, Bomgar, and Kaseya for remote customer assistance.• Install, configure, inventory, and deliver/remove new and old equipment such as PC’s, laptop computers, Wyse ThinClients, and network printers.• Install and troubleshoot Meraki and PaloAlto firewalls at major RHA units as well as the installation and configuration of Orbi and other Netgear models of firewalls at RHA group homes.• Provide onsite IT maintenance and support to over 20 RHA facilities across the state of North Carolina as well as utilize remote support software such as TeamViewer, BomGar and Kaseya.• Liaison with Internet Service Providers for service issues.• Coordinate with contractors for IT projects such as new network wiring and installation.• Provide training and/or tutoring to customers on new hardware or software when introduced into the environment. • Utilize ZenDesk software to monitor, make notations, and complete SLA requirements on troubleshooting tickets. • Utilize Server Administration tools such as Active Directory for user management, network printer configurations, and DHCP scope.
