Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, Planning and preparing presentations, Establishing and maintaining working relationships, Communicating new product developments to prospective clients, Setting up call center support teams and claims handlers, Overseeing the development of marketing literature, Administering accounts and writing reports, Providing management with market feedback, visit clients on a periodic basis, participate in trade shows, developing calendars of public-speaking engagements; acting as a public spokesperson promoting programs and services of the company; initiating media coverage of the company; scheduling, coordinating and leading bi-monthly tours of the facility; and assisting in the updates of letterheads, displays and brochures.
