Nick partners with management teams to impact performance through strategy, execution, leadership, innovation and culture. In addition to consulting, Nick is responsible for driving the firm's strategy through business intelligence and works closely with senior leaders to improve operations and advance business development. Nick also manages a Venture Capital fund.Nick earned his B.S. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, where he studied Finance, Economics and Philosophy. During his senior year, he lead a fundraising effort that surpassed all previous campaigns, establishing the Class of 2015 Legacy Fund. He received the James F. Stanton ‘42 Senior Class Award in recognition of his leadership and dedication to the mission of Boston College. As an alum he served as co-chair of the Boston College GOLD Leadership Council.Nick has a passion for business innovation and technology start-ups. He is proud of his work experience at an early-stage venture, FUSAR Technologies, where he joined the founding team and contributed to the company’s successful launch and capital raises. This interest has led him to be "Second-in-Command" for a venture fund. When Nick is not scouting emerging businesses or exploring new business relationships, he is likely traveling to experience foreign countries, cultures, and cuisines. Nick remains competitive through golfing and training for races.
