Supporting the Enterprise brand by sourcing specialist vehicles from across the UK and abroad. Outsource is a team of 12 remote homeworkers responsible for providing off fleet vehicles to the businesses’ lead corporate accounts. Vehicles are sourced from a variety of brokers, whilst considering cost vs income analysis and customer service. Outsource is one of the largest locations in the UK with approx. 400 vehicles on rent. As coordinator I am responsible for managing the overall performance and progression of the Outsource operation by being an effective communicator, providing training, coaching and support. Developing the team as well as effective management of external brokers, suppliers and key accounts.

Liaising with other venues, head office and security services. Responsibilities to include- developing new business opportunities, promoting multiple venues, generating leads from cold calling, networking and sales leads, creating sales packages to maximise revenue, building & maintaining strong relationships with the site managers to improve productivity, effectiveness and the customer experience, working closely with the marketing team to create promotional activity across the venues. Everton Football Club

Managing match day & non match day operations within the hospitality and public catering areas of this Premier League football club. Including hospitality for 1700 club members and invited guests & up to 40,000 people in ground catering on match days. Management of hospitality services which include 12 bars, VIP areas, corporate boxes and 12 lounges. Manage a team of 4 direct reports and up to 180 casual staff to deliver a 4* service to our customers. Ensuring all food and liquor is delivered to a high standard as per service level agreement, Company policy and current legislation. Focus overall on liquor sales and the cellar operation, driving liquor revenues and controlling stock to achieve gross profit percentage in line with budget.

Running a team of 25 bar/floor staff and up to 6 security supervisors, split over two venues. While with Inventive Leisure I have overseen 3 refurbishments with great success and organised many student return campaigns.
