Managed the employment of a 39-person cross functional team inresponse to threats to the DODIN. Provided oversight and guidance of cyber operations andmanaged five supervisors responsible for subordinate team members.→ Managed rigorous training and evaluation schedule leading team to become the first fullyoperational Cyber Protection Team in the DOD. Managed training requirements forCTN rating workforce, and secured resourcing for current and future manpower and trainingneeds through prioritization of requirements during yearly programming.→ Developed manpower strategy for the Navy to deliver over 2000 new cyber operators andanalysts for Cyber Mission Force. Defined minimum qualifications, validated additional trainingrequirements, and aligned rank/grade and occupational skills to positions.→ As subject matter expert, participated as echelon I stakeholder in numerous workinggroups relating to cyber, information system security, cyber and electronic warfareconvergence, and cryptologic and signals intelligence support to both national agency and theFleet.→ Action officer and advisor to 2 Star Navy Flag Officer. Conducted zero base review of entireNavy cyber workforce to inform Senior leadership of total scope and mission alignment of allNavy military and civilian cyber workforce personnel. Conducted review of commands missionfunctions and tasks as it applied to cyber and information systems workforce.→ Managed training and education program of Cryptologic Technician Networks rate of 1900Sailors. Designated as Navy signatory to National Security Agency for Cyber training andeducation. Conducted quarterly review of requirements, set new or changed existing learningobjectives and standards as necessary to meet new and emerging operational capabilitiesidentified in the Navy.
