As the Managing Partner of NStar Multifamily, I lead a vertically integrated firm that has a constant 30-year presence in the Arizona multifamily market. With a background in commercial finance and brokerage, I have 13 years of experience in closing deals and raising capital for multifamily properties across the US.I left Berkadia, a leading commercial real estate services firm, to build the sponsorship side of NStar Multifamily. At Berkadia, I was part of a team that produced over $2 Billion in debt and equity placement and over $1.3 Billion in investment sales. At NStar, I leverage my expertise in structured finance and real estate transactions to seek heavy-lift opportunistic and adaptive reuse projects throughout AZ and ID.
