Managed the JTA scheme(Specially Recruited B.Sc graduates) at Tech Mahindra Ltd., involving over 800 people participating in the collaborative MS in software Engineering with BITS Pilanic. Managed over 700 people participating self-financed and TechM sponsored 2-year MS program in Telecom and Software Engineeringd. Managed the BT MSc program in Telecommunication Engineering conducted at Tech Mahindra locations Mumbai and Pune. This is a collaborative program between British Telecom and University College London involving over 500 associatesf. Introduced the elective subjects Robotics and Image Processing for the first time in Mumbai University in 1991 and 1992 respectively. Conducted these in collaboartion with Padmashree (Late )MS Ramakumar, Group Director, BARC and Mr. VK Chadda, Head of Electronics Systems Division, BARC. Credited with pioneering initiatives like Robotics lab, Image Processing lab, Internet lab way back in early 90s. Recruuited, Mentored and Evaluated several faculty members for the completion of their post garduate degrees in engineering. Chief coordinator for Technovate 1996, 1997 and 1998 events, Inter- Collegiate Technical Project competitions with nearly 3 - 5 lacs prize money conducted at all India level. Responsible for several in house computerization and automation initiatives.

Worked as practice school faculty on behalf of BITS at various industries like Hindustan Cables Ltd, Electronics Corporation of India Ltd, Regional Research Labs, Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology, Indian Drugs & Pharamsuticals Ltd. Managed several student interns during the practice school for completion of the industry related assignments
