- Providing pre-flight consultations.- Conducting route analyses.- Arranging worldwide ground handling services.- Coordinating with CAAs, agents, handlers, FBOs and associated third party vendors to follow up specific requests.- Working in a team to coordinate high quality services for corporate business jets, commercial carriers, ambulance flights and government VIP flights.- Preparing detailed handovers for the next shift per the standard operating procedures.- Maintaining excellent customer service standards

Preparation of costings and proposals for charters. (Trip cost estimates);Liaison with Scheduling Manager in respect of aircraft and crew availability as well as the most efficient and cost-effective utilization of the crew;Liaise with Legal section in respect of Charter Agreements and ensure all relevant inclusions / exclusion / payment terms are covered;Liaise with customer regarding the conclusion of the Charter Agreement and maintain regular interaction with the customer;Hold pre-flight briefings with all concerned on charter flights ensuring all sections are aware of charter details;Monitor all aspects of the charter flight;Reconcile and verify all charter flight costs and ensure all payment terms are met;Ensure business development through follow up on quotes provided and prospecting of possible new customers through research and ideas;Keep abreast of new developments;Ensure efficient management of Charters and Contracts;Build database and knowledge on competitors operating in same market;Preparing of Presentations and Reports as required.

Coordinating and managing operational elements of key contracts and products;Ensuring that all requirements are executed optimally, training material is developed and executed where needed;Ensuring smooth management of the business by ensuring that system and procedures are put in place;Managing relationships and expectations between internaldepartments and external partners;Managing key micro-business areas and commercial contracts within the airline, with a specific focus on ancillary revenue partnership and management of key products.

Overseeing the safety of the entire operation involving al staff and third-party suppliers including safe loading/ unloading of the aircraft. Monitoring of effective quality measurement systems to ensure performance delivery and compliance to agreed service standards.• Plan for and ensure that irregularities are always handled in accordance with customer airlines and regulatory requirements and coordinate all operational activities during irregularities.• Provide accurate info after departure to operations of any delay codes with times and specials.
