Has grown this business into a competitive player in the Kampala printing and publishing market. I runs a thriving coffee farming and commercial tree farming business and operate a large scale cattle, sheep and goat enterprise. I have developed robust systems for managing suppliers and clients, and for ensuring long-term growth and sustainability.

I was a member of the pioneer team of the URA, on secondment by the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. My team contributed to the organisational and policy systems set up of the Authority and to creating a strong foundation for the body that manages the country’s tax revenues to date. I was part of the team that led to significant revenue growth from UGX 133.79 billion in FY 1991/92 to UGX 282.60 billion in FY 1992/93. Within five years revenue grew from UGX 133.79 billion to UGX 506 billion.

I contributed to meeting the department’s operational and financial targets by implementing systems to ensure tax payer compliance and boosting of revenue collection.
