Hello, my name is Nicole! I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Behavior Interventions, Inc. dedicated to helping children on the autism spectrum grow successfully in academic, social, and home environments. I have 10 years of experience working with children in both group and one-on-one settings. I am extremely passionate about helping children thrive in inclusive environments through both structured and fun learning activities! During my time working as an RBT, I have developed excellent reporting and data collection skills. I work well within a collaborative team, and can execute plans or goals independently. I am able to quickly and creatively solve problems, and adapt to meet the needs of any situation.Previously, I worked for three years in retail promoting sales, and customer loyalty through reward programs. I learned all about customer service, which helped me develop my communication and problem solving skills.
